One of the best companies out there! I had a bathroom and kitchen remodel with VCIBuilds, These guys are quick, clean, and professional at what they do, couldn't be happier with the results! I was shopping around for quotes for my master bedroom with bathroom addition. The master I had in my home was too small and did not have a restroom so I wanted to expand it. After speaking with various companies and receiving quotes, I decided to go with VCI Builds. Robert had told me that my project was going to take time and needed permits pulled. He also helped me design the addition just the way I wanted it and put it in his software so I could see exactly what it was going to look like. Once they started breaking down the old walls etc he made sure that my home was blocked off so debris would not come inside the rest of my home. He also used HEPA filtration units in my house which created a clean and healthy environment. He was very communicative and kept me updated on progress. He had regular check-ins with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work that had been completed and made sure to answer any questions I had. Everyone that came into my home was polite and professional. While my project did take a little longer to complete, I am happy with the result and it was even within my budget. Robert seems to pride himself on quality work and I couldn't be happier to have hired him. I would recommend Robert and his crew to anyone looking to do an addition to their home.

When Every Other Contractor Said "No,"

⚡ THE CHALLENGE
Nick and Kristen bought their 1960s Laguna Niguel home knowing it needed work. For 12 years, they dreamed of an open-concept kitchen where they could watch their three kids play in the backyard while cooking dinner.
But contractor after contractor told them the same thing: it wasn't possible. The load-bearing walls. The outdated layout. The structural limitations of a 60s build.
"A lot of different contractors told me that what I envisioned wasn't going to be possible," Kristen recalls.
With three kids, a dog, and no nearby family to stay with during construction, they were running out of options—and hope.

With no extended family nearby, Nick and Kristen had no choice but to stay in their home during construction—with three kids and a dog.
"Construction happening in our home sucked," Nick admits. "But Robert made it work."
VCI put up protection throughout the home and used HEPA filters to maintain air quality. The crew cleaned up every single day, leaving the space as spotless as a construction zone can be.
"There were no nails lying around. They were extremely respectful. They didn't feel like strangers in your house."
Communication was constant—not just from Robert, but from the entire crew, checking in daily to make sure everything was exactly where it should be.
🎉 THE TRANSFORMATION
The support beams that had cut through the floors for 60 years? Gone.
The closed-off layout that made their home feel like a shoebox? Opened up completely.
Now Nick and Kristen can stand in their kitchen and look straight out to the backyard, watching the kids play in the pool.
New tile. New electrical. New lighting. Repositioned windows. Even the exterior siding was updated to match the feeling of the new interior.
